Company Introduction
Young Studios is a two-floor creative studio located in Midtown Manhattan. Designed to host photo shoots, video shoots and more, it has 5 world class studios for providing ultimate creativity. It was founded with the mission to equip this generation’s creators and help actualize their vision to the fullest potential. Young Studios introduced a new booking system, specially designed for the fashion industry.
Problem Introduction
Young Studios is working in the field of Creative content production. The company was performing brilliantly in their industry. But they had a complex booking system. Generally the people in the fashion industry are not tech savvy, so the booking system needs to be super simple to use based on the number of crew members, time and cost cap. The lack of a simplified booking system tailored to the fashion industry leads to several challenges. Like If fashion professionals spend valuable time and effort trying to understand and navigate complicated interfaces, It could divert their attention away from their core creative work. Also, the absence of a cost cap control mechanism leaves fashion professionals vulnerable to budget overruns, impacting the profitability and sustainability of their projects.

Solution
To address the issue of non-tech-savvy users in the fashion industry, we focused on creating an incredibly user-friendly booking system. The system had a clean and intuitive interface with clear instructions. We simplified the process, allowing users to easily select the desired number of crew members, specify preferred time slots, and set a cost cap. We incorporated interactive visuals and provided step-by-step guidance to enhance usability. User testing and feedback from fashion industry professionals helped identify critical pain points and necessary improvements. Other than this, to make better usability & accessibility we conducted user research, implemented responsive design, and followed accessibility guidelines. We have also done load testing, and optimized database management for scalability.
